Many of us express ourselves - and heal ourselves through our voices. One of the best and most deeply satisfying ways I've found is through chanting and singing Indian Mantras (sacred sounds) and Bhajans (devotional songs). This has many known health benefits, and certainly helps to relieve stress and open and re-balance a contracted or overwhelmed body-mind system.
